In 2022 the original Fearless Organization Scan for teams was adjusted for organizations, called Enterprise PSI (EPSI). This involved the adjustment of the original seven questions for teams, for organizational fit. A key differentiator between using the team scan (FOS) multiple times across an organization is that the Enterprise PSI was designed specifically to measure variances in psychological safety across clusters of interdependent groups in an organization. This is achieved by comparing the difference in psychological safety between different groups and their identifying aspects as defined by the organization. Aspects such as location, gender, length of service, project and organizational band amongst others, provide variance data on the enterprise’s climate for psychological safety, learning and innovation.
The EPSI is supported by a consulting partner (client success manager) experienced in helping the organization with the delicate set-up and interpretation of results.
